Cooking class

Our cooking class takes place in a small village on the outskirts of Cappadocia's main touristic area. You will experience the traditional way of living by learning cooking secrets with a local family. You will learn how to make delicious Anatolian meals including soup, seasonal dishes like stuffed grape leaves or Turkish ravioli, main course (with options for vegetarians), dessert, and Turkish Coffee. With the aid of the local family, you will spend this half-day class learning how to create each dish. And when it comes to lunch or dinner time, you will have what you have just prepared with your hands and some other starters.
