DAILY CAPPADOCIA TOURS WITH GROUP
We organize two daily tours in Cappadocia. These tours are the History and Adventure Tour and the Explore and Hike Tour. Both tours begin at 09:30 with pick-up from your hotel and both end around 17:00. If you would like to combine a hot air balloon flight on the morning of your tour, you will arrive back at your hotel around 08:30 from the balloon flight, with more than enough time to enjoy breakfast and be ready for your day tour.

History And Adventure Tour (Daily Cappadocia Tour 1)

The History and Adventure Tour starts at 09:30 by pick-up from your hotel. After a 5 minute drive we will start our hike in the beautiful Rose Valley which will take slightly more than one hour. We will see fairy-chimneys, local farms, pigeon houses and cave chapels – as well as take in the wonderful range of rose-colored hues in the valley, changing in intensity depending on the season, time of day and weather conditions. Your guide will give information about the history and the unique formations of Cappadocia during the hike. Our next stop will be Monks Valley (Pasabag), where we will see the mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys and St. Simeon's monk cell. Continuing on our tour, we drive to the town of Avanos to see the 4000 year-old art of kick-wheel Pottery. After which, we will drive to Ibrahimpasa village, which was a Greek village until 1924 to enjoy lunch in a very traditional restaurant.
In the afternoon, we tour the Kaymakli underground city, the first and most popular underground city in Cappadocia. Our final stops on the History & Adventure Tour will be a local winery visit for a wine taste in Uchisar and the breathtaking Goreme vista point.
The History & Adventure Tour rate is 40 Euro per person. We need at least 4 people to arrange a regular tour and usually go with 6 to 8 people. The number of the people in the tour is limited to 16.

Explore And Hike Tour (Daily Cappadocia Tour 2)

The Explore and Hike Tour visits southern Cappadocia and starts at 09:30 by pick-up at your hotel. After our guide's introduction to Cappadocia at the Goreme panoramic view point, we drive about 1 hour and start the highlight of our day, a 7km hike in the spectacular Ihlara Valley. The Melendiz River has carved an impressive canyon through the verdant valley and we will walk 7km (about 4 miles) along the river, passing Byzantine rock chapels decorated with frescoes. We end the hiking portion of the tour near Belisirma village, where we will have lunch in a quaint riverside restaurant. After lunch, we stop at the biggest rock-cut monastery of Cappadocia, Selime Monastery and Kathedral. Our next destination is the lovely Greek village of Guzelyurt, where Greeks lived until the 1924 population exchange. Here, we will see one of the oldest churches in Cappadocia. On the way back to Goreme, we make one final stop in Uchisar to take pictures of the magnificent Pigeon Valley. We will be back at the hotel around 17:00.
Explore & Hike Tour starts 09:30 and finish around 17:00. The rate is 40 Euro per person. We need at least 4 people to arrange a regular tour and usually go with 6 to 8 people. The number of the people in the tour is limited to 16. Each tour includes transportation from your hotel in a modern passenger van with A/C, professional driver, licensed English-speaking guide, entrance fees and lunch.
